As of January 1, 2018 there is a new law that all companies, registered in Business register, are to make a new registration as known UBOs

As of January 1, 2018 there is a new law that all companies, registered
in Business register, are to make a new registration as known UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners).
It is a registration about the final “real” owner(s) of company.
This registration will be possible to make at Business Court or at notary.
In the first year of registration, the court will waive the regular
1,000 fee.
After the 1st year, there will fee 1 000 Kč registration fee.
